About the event
Join Gemma this January for a magical evening of Pilates. We'll spend the evening practising Pilates to the flicker of candlelight. This dreamy class will focus on core, release and relaxation. Following the class, you'll have the opportunity to have a glass of prosecco, herbal tea and some delicious bakes. This will be a lovely opportunity for some cosy winter wellness.
